In 2024, Esperanza Films was born. Many of us live—or have lived—in Madrid's Virgen de la Esperanza neighbourhood, where the name Esperanza ("hope") is more than a metaphor; it is part of our roots.
Our first feature film, Beneath Your Skin, marks the beginning of a production company driven by a commitment to socially engaged and formally adventurous filmmaking.
